What to build

A planner reviews all rejections over a period grouped by reason, crew and site on P02b, backed by a rejections endpoint.

Acceptance criteria

  • Endpoint returns rejections with reason codes, grouped and filterable
  • P02b renders the report with nl/en parity

Blocked by

  • #21 — Schedule viewer: Gantt and map components, read-only plan board P02, /dev/fixtures route
  • #24 — Triage: accept, reject, accept-all, pin and rejection locks, E_UNTRIAGED, I_GAP_UNFILLED, I_REJECTED_ELSEWHERE
