What to build

A scheduled worker job prunes data according to the retention policy in Q16 without ever hard-deleting master data or published plans.

Acceptance criteria

  • Job prunes only the categories Q16 allows and records what it pruned
  • Master data, published versions, feedback and audit are never touched
  • Q16 resolved in docs/11 and the relevant numbered doc
