What to build

A Playwright suite drives the compose stack through the golden path — login, seed, nightly run, triage, publish, technician feedback — and runs nightly on develop.

Acceptance criteria

  • E2E suite passes locally against the compose stack
  • Nightly workflow runs it on develop and reports failures
  • Covers S04, S06, S07 end to end

Blocked by

  • #8 — CI pipeline: backend, frontend, generated-file freshness, single Alembic head, commitlint
  • #28 — Plan board publish dialog, discard, and runs page P04
  • #30 — Today page P09, mobile-first
