Replace all "Mobile Fleet Service"/"MFS" references with "Polaris" across
CLAUDE.md and the numbered design docs, including the backend package
name, CLI command, Keycloak realm/clients, DB name, and env var prefix.
docs/design_document.md and docs/service_planning.md.bak are left
untouched per the "original reference, do not edit" rule in CLAUDE.md.
