Closes #54.

Exactly the two-line change from the seam request: after building spec, merge in polaris.contracts.codes.build_x_polaris_codes() under the x-polaris-codes key before writing.

Verified now that #55 (engine contracts) is merged: polaris.contracts imports cleanly, ruff/mypy --strict/pytest clean, and backend/openapi.json regenerated with x-polaris-codes.{findings,errors,notifications} present (27/6/8 entries).

Ticks the second acceptance-criteria box on #12.

Closes #54. Ticks the second AC on #12. Held pending #55 (engine
contracts) merge — polaris.contracts.codes doesn't exist on main
yet, so this can't be verified or used to regenerate openapi.json
until then.

contracts) is merged: regenerated backend/openapi.json, confirmed the
x-polaris-codes key carries all findings/errors/notifications.
